Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all Figure13 products and services, including DMCA Relay, Evaporate.Dev, F13 Managed Services, OpenHost, and StageLink.

Use Restrictions

When you use any products or services created and published by Figure13 LLC, you acknowledge that you may not:

  • Collect or extract information and/or user data from accounts which do not belong to you.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
  • Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses or any type of malware.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten others, or any of our employees engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
  • Take any action which causes us to breach contractual service obligations with our subprocessors or infrastructure providers.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Specific Restrictions

In addition to the general restrictions above, you acknowledge that you may not:

  • Use (or attempt to use) the Services to send any form of marketing email or message, spam, phishing, or otherwise malicious or unwanted messages.
  • Bypass any free allowance and/or trial plan limits.
  • Perform any type or form of cryptomining.
  • Upload or transmit any content which violates or helps violate copyright (bots, torrents, mirrors).
  • Engage in any form of security testing (network or application scanning, phishing, or penetration testing).
  • Upload or transmit violent or harassing content.

How to report violations of this AUP

If you have evidence or belief of violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please refer to our abuse policy for information on submitting an abuse report.

If you believe that we are hosting copyright-infringing content, please review our DMCA policy for information on submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice.
