You can use your F13 Auth account to sign in to any Figure13 product or service. If you've forgotten your password or need help accessing your account, you can recover your account from the login page. If you need further assistance, please get in touch.
Billing
We use Polar for billing for some of our services. Charges will appear on your billing statement as POLAR*FIGURE13 LLC, FIGURE13 LLC, or (rarely) STRIPE.
